Ambjent Malta
Ambjent Malta is a Government of Malta department established in 2018 to preserve and enhance the country's natural environment and biodiversity. The department implements green infrastructure and habitat restoration projects, manages natural and protected areas, and carries out initiatives to conserve rural, urban, coastal, and marine landscapes, including sites within the Natura 2000 network.

Ambjent Malta Wild Birds Regulation Unit (WBRU)
The Wild Birds Regulation Unit (WBRU) is a Government of Malta unit responsible for implementing and overseeing regulations related to the conservation and management of wild birds. Established in 2013, the Unit manages regulatory functions under the Conservation of Wild Birds Regulations and supports Government policy on wild bird conservation, hunting, and trapping management.
